Tipper and Float Trailer
We have eight trucks with dog
trailers to move rock from our quarries to the job
sites, with each combination able to move 25 to 28 tonne
of material per load or 16 to 24 face metres of rock
wall depending on the rock size and type. A small 2
tonne delta tipper is available most days from the yard
to deliver smaller rock into hard to reach job sites as
well as any suitable rock sales delivered locally. We
run Kenworth, Mack, Freightliner and Western Star tipper
trucks powered by 400 to 500 horse powered Caterpillar
or Detroit motors. We also have a Kenworth T404 Prime
Mover to tow a semi trailer for drainage material and
soft rock or alternatively a float trailer in order to
move machinery when required. In general, our high
quality equipment aids in getting rock retaining walls
erected in a timely manner.
